  I PERSONALLY NEVER LIKE SMALLS WORK AT ALL AND WHAT I REALLY DISLIKE ABOUT SMALLS AT THE END OF THE SERVICES IS HOW THEY DO THE MILITARY MARCH. THAT JUST DON'T LOOK GOOD TO ME.I WILL NEVER USE SMALLS FOR NOTHING. IT'S FIND FOR THEMSELVES THAT WANT USED THEM BUT NO ME

  They were so insensitive and disrespectful to my sister regarding her husband, refusing to acknowledge her marriage. They actually gave her a letter to hold them; the funeral home harmless, "to cover their behinds from a potential lawsuit." While she was grieving her husband they gave her this letter at the church and then because didn't sign it, they took upon themselves to follow her to her home, without her knowledge, to try to pruseude her to sign it. From the Very get, Smalls Furneral Home was very rude to my sister and caused her great distressed during an already sad time of grief. Absolutely Disgraceful, Shameful & UnChristian business practice!!! Unethical & RUDE

  2 stars for that nice Mercedes van other than that they messed grandma up her face was shaped like a pancake flat and round everyone said she didn't look like herself because we have pointed faces horrible work don't go here.
